Questions About Features:

Do you support PHP, MySQL, and Telnet?
Yes! We fully support PHP, MySQL and Telnet on all of our plans. We use a more secure alternative to telnet called SSH.

Do you offer ASP support?
We do not currently offer ASP support on our Unix servers, however we do offer full ASP and ASP.NET support on our Windows2000 packages.

What does "subdomain" mean?
A Subdomain is "anything.yourdomain.com". So, for example, the website www.yahoo.com has many subdomains to seperate each part of their site. sports.yahoo.com , auctions.yahoo.com, mail.yahoo.com are all subdomains of yahoo.com.

How much does it cost for additional features?
We have a complete list of additional features that may be added to your account here.
Can I have more than one domain pointing to my account?/
Yes. We will typically point domains to the main page of your web site for free. The base price to have domains pointed to different pages within your account is $5 per domain per month. Please contact sales@bravidio.com for more information.

Do you support Microsoft Frontpage?
Yes! All of our accounts support Microsoft Frontpage!

Billing Questions

What happens if I prepay for my account, and decide to cancel service?
If you decide to cancel service, we will pro-rate any unused portion of your payment. So, if you paid for 1 year, and after 6 months, you decide to cancel, you will recieve 50% of your money back.

Are there any fees to upgrade service plans?
No, you only pay the difference in the cost of the plans!

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allotment?
When you reach 80% of your total monthly bandwidth, we will send out a notification to you. You will then have the opportunity to either purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade your plan. Once your plan reaches it's bandwidth limit, it will be automatically shut down. Alternatively, if you would prefer that your site not be shut down, we will allow it to go over it's bandwidth, and you will be billed for the overages at the end of the month.

How long will my price stay at the current rate?
Your price will remain the same as long as you are a customer of Bravidio Networks!

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you do not need to sign a contract. All of our plans are on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.

None of your plans suit my needs. Will you give me a custom quote?
Sure! Just email sales@bravidio.com with all of your requirements and we will get a custom quote put together for you!

Can I pay by Check?
Yes, we do allow you to pay by check, however you must prepay for a full year. Please email sales@bravidio.com to setup a check payment.

What Operating System do you use on your servers?
We run Red Hat Linux and Windows 2000 (depending on the plan you choose).

I am using a Macintosh, will there be any conflicts for me?
We have many clients using Macintosh, and there are no conflicts at all! You will not have any problems!

Do you have any guarantees?

Do you have an affiliate scheme?
Yes, we do have an affiliate / referral scheme. For every customer that you refer to us, we will credit your account with one free month of hosting.

Do you have a resellers plan?

How many years has Bravidio Networks been in business?
We have been in business since May of 1999! We are very serious about what we do, and plan on being around for a long time!

What hours is support available?
Our support reps are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year! If you have a question, we are always here to help!

How do I access my webmail without going through my control panel?
You can access your webmail directly by going to www.yourdomain.com/webmail/

Do you offer general telephone support?
We have found that the quickest and most efficient way of handling support requests is through email or our helpdesk. We do offer an emergency telephone number that you may use if you have any critical problems, and also allow you to page an admin.
